The Home Assistance Hub (HAH) is a service operated by Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) on behalf of Cheshire West & Chester Council.  All procurement for HAH is undertaken through Liverpool Mutual Homes. In line with best practice our procurement objective is to obtain best value.

Working with LMH – The Chest

Liverpool Mutual Homes advertise all tender opportunities through an online electronic sourcing portal called – ‘The Chest’. The Chest allows suppliers to register free of charge and receive automated emails whenever a new opportunity is published. Suppliers can register to receive email updates on opportunities that match their capabilities. It brings a range of benefits for both suppliers and buying organisations, as well as providing a very detailed support service to suppliers in managing the online procurement process.
